Hill Country Lakeside Casita is a cozy casita located in the Deer Creek Lower Lake area. You’ll find direct access to the lake from the home’s backyard. You will also be about 3 miles to Fitzhugh Road where you’ll find numerous restaurants, distilleries, breweries and other area attractions.
The newly built studio-style casita offers 500 square feet to accommodate up to two guests in true comfort.
Entering through the front door puts you right into the lovely space with plenty of natural light and a high ceiling.
Main Living Space: You’ll find a comfy king size bed, a well stock and fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, and a full bathroom with a large shower.
Outdoor spaces:
The outdoor spaces are truly welcoming. Out on the covered patio, you’ll enjoy outdoor living and dining areas, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill. The private yard is spacious and offers Adirondack chairs around a gas heater under a mature shade tree. There are also two porch swings, a tree swing and a Frisbee golf practice hole.
