From the wrap-around porch to the spacious 2-acre lot, you are certain to enjoy your privacy while being close to all the area has to offer. The home is just four miles from downtown Dripping Springs putting you near the many popular attractions including restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries and more!
This two-level home was recently remodeled and offers 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to seven guests.
Entering the home through the front door places you directly into the bright and open main living area holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room has a sleeper sofa, a 60” Smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace — all accented by high ceilings and natural light.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including double ovens. The convenient center island offers seating for six.
Dining area: This open space holds a table with seating for up to eight guests.
Work Spaces/Sitting Area: On the upper level, you’ll find a three work spaces and a sitting area with a comfy sofa, all providing plenty of natural light and views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (main level) — King-size bed, the ensuite bathroom offers double sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) — King-size bed, 50” Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (upper level) — Queen-size bed, Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom.
The upper-level full shared bathroom features two sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Areas:
There are plenty of options when it comes to this property. Relax on the screened-in porch or one of the other areas on the wrap-around porch. Gather around the fire pit on a cooler night, grill up your favorites on the charcoal and pellet BBQ grills and enjoy your drinks and meals at the outdoor dining table complete with an umbrella.
