There are 3 Country Club golf courses minutes away including the former home of the Dell Match Play Championships, the Austin Country Club and the storied Lions Municipal Golf Course where Harvey Pennick & Tom Kite were once caddies.  The house is also stocked with board games, yoga mats, towels, a guitar, and library of books.

Skyfall resides in a private greenbelt. There are regular sightings of deer, armadillo, owls, hawks and rarer sightings of foxes or the neighborhood lynx.
