This giant park is Austin’s biggest park and is also home to Lady Bird Lake. This spacious lake is the perfect setting where you can unwind with a day of paddling around in a canoe or kayak. Lady Bird Lake may be a little cold to splash around in for Spring Break, but the park is also home to Barton Springs Pool. This is a naturally occurring spring that stays at a perfect 68 degrees all year round making it ideal for swimming. Don’t forget about Zilker Park’s huge outdoor playground and miles of hiking and biking trails too that are sure to keep you occupied.
