The seafood is the most popular draw, with the raw oysters being at the top of everyone’s list. You have your choice of local oysters from the Gulf of Mexico or the East Coast. The oysters from the Gulf of Mexico have an underlying sweet taste which is enhanced when you dip them in drawn butter. They also have an array of dipping sauces from which to choose. The George Banks Scallops are sautéed in tantalizing citrus fruit, brown butter, and almond sauce. The red snapper comes with a sweet and rich meuniere sauce that is definitely worth the extra calories.
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood Menu
Eddie V’s Prime Seafood has some fabulous appetizers, and if you get a few of them, they will make a great dinner in themselves. Try the Hawaiian Sashimi along with the Chilled Shrimp and the Maine Lobster Tacos. They serve a delicious Heirloom Tomato Salad that comes with a tangy oil and vinegar dressing. Vegetarians will love the Shitake Mushroom Risotto that comes with a rich pesto sauce.

The bartenders at this tastefully decorated restaurant and bar have come up with some imaginative cocktails including the Spicy Margarita, which is made with fresh jalapeños and a Bulleit Sour which is made with the famous bourbon and honey. They also have one of a kind drinks, like a Good Fortune which is made with sake, gin, and Green Chartreuse.
Desserts
Desserts are made fresh in house daily. Typical selections include Bananas Foster served with butter pecan ice cream and a rich flowerless chocolate cake.
Where to Stay
