In addition to the iconic Mr. Nelson and family, musical acts include The Casey Kristofferson Band and the Night Sweats. Casey Kristofferson is a folk singer and the daughter of Kris Kristofferson and Rita Coolidge. Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats is a folk and R&B band out of Denver, Colorado. Nathaniel is a guitarist and singer whose music is heavily influenced by his gospel background.
Alison Krauss will also grace the festival. She has been playing and singing bluegrass music since she was 13 years old. She is the recipient of 27 Grammy awards. She has more Grammys than any other female artist in the history of the award. Johnny Bush will also take the stage. He is best known for his song, Whiskey River which Mr. Nelson has performed many times. Steve Earle & The Dukes will also perform at the festival. The band has fifteen albums to its credit and has received three Grammy awards.
