With over 20 years of experience, Jim has spent most of his professional life helping guests find their perfect vacation. When he first started, he was living in San Diego, but was also an avid skier and frequently visited Park City, Utah. As a vacation rental homeowner himself, he often dealt with property management companies, and never felt that he received the treatment as a client that he, or other property owners, deserved. To ensure that he received the proper services, and to provide the same for others, he decided to open his own property management companies. He’s had a lot of success in Park City and is now extending his services to other locales. Whether you’re looking for a Winter or Summer vacation Jim will get it done.

Joshua Guerra has been actively involved in Internet marketing since 2005. Joshua’s knowledge and passion for Internet marketing has led his business, BIZCOR.com, to become an industry leader predominantly focused on helping vacation rental management companies and real estate agents.
Director of Development
Ken Wilson has a degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. Since graduation, he has followed his love for marketing and sales to a career in SEO. Working at Bizcor.com has allowed him to continue learning about marketing and how to be successful in the digital world. The vacation rental and travel industry have always been an interest, working to master this niche has now become his passion.
Director of Operations
Brian is our go-to man and handles all operations. He works hand-in-hand with all of our departments every day to ensure that all needs are met, whether you are a guest or an owner. His job is to make sure everyone is satisfied. He also takes on the task of meeting any prospective owners. If you’re interested in a property management company, this man has all the answers.
Debbie is our accountant for all deposits as well as our booking funds. Each month, she is the one that generates owners’ statements. To support the in-house concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal departments, she also handles the account receivables/payables to and from vendors. Essentially, she is our expert for crunching and controlling numbers.
Acting as Jim’s assistant, Sarah has a lot of direct contact with our owners. She handles all owner relations and takes any questions or requests that owners may have. She also maintains the home database and works with other distribution channels to ensure that everyone is getting what they want or need in order to run things successfully.
