Welcome to the Hill Country Pedernales River Retreat - an adorable barndominium nestled on 5 acres in Johnson City, a hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country. Whether you’re planning your perfect hill country winery tours or shopping excursion, Johnson City is an adventure everyone will remember and cherish. The Pedernales River is just a short distance away, perfect for fishing enthusiasts!
This 1,800 sq ft home features two spacious bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
The property can be accessed via the front porch stairs leading to a welcoming open space that houses the living room, dining, and kitchen areas- — all accented by finished cement floors.
Living Room: The living room boasts high ceilings, modern furnishings, a sectional leather sofa, a 50” Smart TV, and easy access to the backyard space. This space also offers large windows bringing in tons of natural lighting.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and an oversized kitchen island with seating for two.
Dining Room: The dining area is right between the kitchen and living room and features a large wood dining table with seating for six— making this space perfect for get togethers!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (Lower Level)—King size bed and 40” Smart TV. There is private access to a back seating space that offers rocking chairs to relax and take in the outdoors. En suite bathroom has dual sinks, large soaking tub and a separate shower.
Bedrooms 2 (Upper Level)— 2 Queen size beds, desk area and a seating area with 50” Smart TV. En Suite bathroom offers vanity with a shower.

Enjoy the covered back patio offering outdoor seating, including a patio table where you can enjoy a meal outside. You’ll be able to cool up your favorites in the cast iron smoker.
